"Tracking works, though I’m still a little cautious"
I’ve used Yoyo Group a few times now, and the tracking has been decent overall. Most of my purchases showed up without me needing to send messages or chase anything, which was a nice surprise.
That said, one order took longer than I expected to appear, and I’ll admit I started wondering if something was off. I’m always a bit suspicious when tracking doesn’t show up right away, but it did come through in the end.
So yeah, it’s not perfect or instant every time, but it seems accurate enough from my experience. I’d probably give it 4 stars.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first, so I was kind of hoping for a little reassurance. Thankfully, the support team was really quick to respond and super polite. They handled everything professionally and made me feel like my issue was actually being taken seriously.

I didn’t expect much, but the notifications from yoyogroup.com are useful. They pop up at the right time, so I’m not constantly checking the site myself. It’s a simple thing, but it saves me a LOT of hassle

"Easy to use, even when I was mentally drained"
I tried Yoyo Group for the first time when I was feeling mentally drained, so I really appreciated how simple it was to use. The pages loaded fine, the menu was easy to follow, and I didn’t have to dig around forever to find what I needed. The checkout steps were clear too, which was a relief. Nothing felt confusing or frustrating. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I’d use it again

"Feels safe so far"
I’ve been using yoyogroup.com for a little while now, though I can’t remember if I signed up last week or earlier than that. Either way, it’s felt safe to use so far. The login and payment parts seem secure, and I like that my personal info doesn’t feel like it’s just floating around everywhere. The privacy settings were easy enough to figure out too. I also haven’t gotten any weird emails or spam since signing up, at least not that I’ve noticed

i use Yoyo Group every now and then, but the loyalty points just don’t seem to get you much. It feels like you have to spend quite a lot before you actually earn anything useful. The app itself is fine, but the rewards part has been a bit disappointing for me.

I ordered from Yoyo Group once, and the product was okay overall. It worked like it was supposed to, but the material felt a little cheaper than I expected from the photos. Not a total disappointment, just not quite as nice as I thought it would be. I also felt like the next steps after ordering weren’t super clear, so I was kind of left wondering what to expect with updates and delivery. For the price, it’s probably fine, but I’m not totally sure I’d order again.

There was a bit of back and forth, but from my experience, that’s normal when they need to check details. In the end, they got it sorted faster than I expected. I wasn’t totally sure what to expect with the pricing, honestly. It didn’t seem like the absolute cheapest option out there, but everything was clear once I looked it over. I kept waiting for some random extra fee to show up, but nothing weird did, so that was nice.

I tried using the vouchers and some of them worked just fine, so that was nice. But there wasn’t a lot available to choose from, which made the whole thing feel a bit disappointing. It’s good when you find the working one, but chances are a little hit or miss.

I’ve been using yoyogroup.com for payments for a while now. Most of the time, it’s fine. Payment goes through, nothing dramatic. But then there were a couple times where it just took longer than expected to show up, and yeah, that got annoying. You start checking again and again, wondering if something went wrong. I did contact support. They replied, eventually. Not super quick, but they did answer. So overall, not bad. It works. I just wish it felt a bit more consistent.

"Not really worth what I paid"
I tried yoyogroup.com it felt overpriced for what I actually got. It worked okay, but there wasn’t anything that really stood out, and I was expecting a lot more for the money. Support was fine at first, but then there was basically no follow-up, which was frustrating. Overall, it just didn’t feel like enough value for me to use it again.

"Verification was quick, just caught me at a bad time"
I had to verify my account and it went smoother than I expected. I uploaded my documents, waited a little while, and got approved the same day. The only annoying part was the timing since I was trying to get other stuff done, but that’s not really on them. Overall it was easy to follow and not much of a hassle.

A few little details could’ve come through a bit quicker, but based on this experience, I’d say they’re generally good about keeping people in the loop. I never really felt like I was left wondering what was going on...
